We provide outdoor contrast therapy in a fun, laid-back, and backyard like environment. Contrast therapy is an all natural health ritual that involves heating up, cooling down, and chilling out. Our version includes fresh air, plants, and vitamin D. Most people do 1-3 cycles depending on time.
It’s a regular practice, not a monthly treat.
And in less than 1 hour….you’ll feel like a new person.
